Dallas Area Residential Sales Report For November – Garland, TX
Single Family home sales were 10% higher than last November however pending sales fell 4%. The average sales price increased14%. Median sales price say a rise of 8%. New listings fell 6% and with all the sales active listings were down by 60% taking the months of inventory to 0.7 months. This extremely low inventory will be causing problems for buyers going forward as they have a hard time finding that dream home and when they do facing stiff competition from other buyers.
