Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Richardson, TX

Richardson remains one of the most popular areas for home purchases as sales rise 31% in November as compared to last year. Pending sales took a 3% drop as buyers are just having a hard time finding that dream home. The average sales price rose 13% and the median sales price increased 12%. New listings were down 2% and active listings took a 32% hit. Months of inventory declined to 1.2 months.
