Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Wylie, TX
Home sales increased 28% compared to last October. Pending sales were up a whopping 44%. The average sales price rose 13% while the median sales price climbed 6%. Now the bad news if you are a buyer. The number of new listings fell 1% but with all the sales, the active listings declined 71% taking the months of inventory down to .06 months. A balanced market is considered to be 6 months. Wylie has the smallest inventory of any area in North Texas.
