Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Plano, TX
Home sales in Plano shot up 28% compared to last October! Pending sales increased 25%. The average sales price rose 21% while the median sales price came in with q 13% rise. It looks like buyers were moving to higher priced prosperities. New listings were only down 1% but with all the sales and pending sales, the active listings fell 56% taking the months of inventory down to 1.1 months.
