Home sales were up 27% compared to last October. Pending sales rose 13%. The average sales price increased 4% while the median sales price was up 8%. New listings while up 10% were not enough to keep the number of active listings from falling 39% and dropping the months of inventory to 1.3 months. ^ months is considered a balanced market.
