Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Carrollton/FarmersBranch

Home sales rose 17% as compared to last October. The average sales price increased 10% while the median sales price climber 8%. Pending sales came in with a 3% rise. Carrollton, Farmers Branch was one of the few areas that saw an increase in the number of new listings. new listings were up by 27% but with all the sales this was not enough to keep up with demand and active listings saw a 43% decline taking the months of inventory down to 1 month.
