Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Prosper, TX
Home sales shot up 70% compared to last September and pending sales rose a whopping 61%! The average sales price increased 8% and the medina sales price rose 4%. The number of new listings could not keep up with the sales and decreased by 5%. The active listings fell by 63% taking the months of inventory to 1.1 months. This low level of supply will start to effect sales going forward as buyer start having a hard time finding that dream home.
