Buyers continue to like the Richardson Market

Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Richardson TX

Homes sales jumped 21% in September compared to last year. Pending sales rose 15%. The average sales price came in up 11% while the median sales price increased 7%. As in other areas new listings fell 2% but with all the sales the number of active listings is now 49% lower than last September and the months of inventory has declined to 1.2 months.
