Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Celina Tx

Home sales climbed 23% in august as compared to this time last year. Pending sales jumped a whopping 47%! The average sales price increased by11% while the median sales price rose 9%. New listings fell 19%. Active listings dropped 51% taking the months of inventory to 2.1 months. With supply tightening, buyers will have a harder time finding that dream home.
