Dallas Area residential Salas Report for August – Prosper TX

Home sales rose 35% compared to last August and pending sales shot up 62%. The average sales price increased 2%. Median sales price saw a 3% rise. Now the bad news if you are a buyer. While there was a 19% increase in new listings with all the sales and pending sales taking homes off the market active listings declined by 49%. The months of inventory now stands a 1.7 months. That’s a very short supply.
