Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Wylie TX

Home sales fell 21% compared to last August. The average sales price increased 10% while the median sales price rose 5%. Pending sales were down 5%. New listings declined 10% and the number of active listings fell off a cliff dropping 60% and taking the months of inventory to 0.9 months. Buyers were having a hard time finding that dream home and with this low inventory their quest will just get harder.
