Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Frisco, TX
Well there was no shortage of buyers in July in the Frisco area. Home climbed 5%ales rose 27% compared to last July. Pending sales came in with a nice 14% rise. The average sales price increased 2% while the median sales price increased 5%. AS in other areas we saw a decline in the number of new listings. In Frisco new listings dripped 8% and combined with the all the sales the number of active listings fell 53% thking the months of inventory down to 1.7 months. Not good news if you are a buyer.
