Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Garland, TX
Home sales were not as robust in Garland as in other areas with sales only up 2%. Pending sales were a little better rising 9%. The average sales price rose 10% while the median sales price camr in 7% higher. New listings declined sharply off 18%. The number of active listings fell by 46% taking the months of inventory down to 1.3 months.
