Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Wylie, TX

Buyers were snapping up homes in the Wylie are in June. Sales rose 17% as compared to last June. Pending sales did even better climbing 20%. The average sales price increased by 2% while the median sale price was flat. New listings declined 18%. The fall off in the new listings combined with all the pending sale dropped the number of active listings by 54% and took the months of inventory to 1.2 months. Buyers out looking now will have a very hard time finding that dream home.
