Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Rentals

The numbers in this report cover single-family homes, condos and town homes.

Msy was a positive month with leases up 2%. Pending leases were down 2%. The average rent was down 2% while the median rent came in off 1%. There was a sharp drop of 11% in the number of new listings and active listings declined 13%.
