Prosper was bucking the trend in April with home sales rising 26%. Pending sales did not follow and were down by 18%. The average sales price climbed 8% while the median sales price showed a 1% increase. New listings fell 16%. Active listings dropped 8%. The months of inventory is now at 3.9 months.
