Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Allen, TX
Buyers were not buying in the Allen Area during April. Home sales fell 44% as compared to last April. Pending sales were not as bad only off by 27%. The average sales price took a drop of 6% while the median sales price was down 4%. The number of new listings declined 33%. Active listings came in 23% lower. The months of inventory now stands at 2.2 months.
