Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Plano, TX
As expected home sales in Plano took a dive. Down 18%. Pending sales declined 40%. The average sales price was up 3% while the median sales price fell 1%. New listings took a sharp decline of 45%. The active listings are now 32% lower that last April. Months of inventory now stands at 1.8 months. If you a buyer competition for the best homes will be stiff and you should expect multiple offers. Yes, buyers have returned to the market!
