Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Well buyers were not buying in this area in March. Home sales were off by 14% and pending sales fell 24%. Och! The average sales price was up 5%. The median sales price climbed 9%. Looks like the sales were skewed to the higher price range. New listings dropped 23% and active listings declined by 29%. The months of inventory is now at 1.3 months. Buyers are going to have a hard time due to this shortage of homes on the market.
