Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Rentals
This report covers rental of single-family, condos, and townhomes
New leases rose 5% in February compared to last year at this time. Pending leases were down 2%. The average rental rate rose 4% and the median rate increased 2%. The number of new listings came in 8% higher while the number of active listings was up 7%. If you are looking to lease a property you have a little better selection to choose from.
