Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Condos and Townhomes
Condo and townhome sales were strong across North Texas in February. Up 15%. Pending sales did even better rising 23%. The average sales price increased 1%. Median sales price rose 4%. More sales of higher priced units. The number of new listings saw a 13% rise while the active listings were 5% higher than last February.
