Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Frisco TX

Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Frisco TX

Frisco’s market was strong in February with home sales rising 32% as compared to last February. Pending sales came in with a nice 17% increase. The average sales price rose 2% but the median sales price fell 4%. It looks like just some gyration in the mare up of the sales. The number of new listings fell 6% and the active listings declined by 31%. The months of inventory is now at 2 months. With tightening supply, buyer will have a harder time finding that dream home.

If you are a buyer and are out on the internet looking for homes in the North Texas area, you need the best search engine. I recommend Homesnap. Why? Because it pulls data directly from our MLS providing you with the most current information about homes that’s possible to get.
