Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Wylie TX

Home sales rose a solid 18% in February as compared to last February. Pending sales climbed 6%. The average sales price increased 1% as did the median sales price. New listings came 11% higher. Active listings fell 17% taking the months of inventory down to 1.7 months. Supply of home for sale is getting really tight. Not good news for buyers.
