Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Garland TX

As in other areas in February home sales in Garland were up sharply rising 20% as compared to last year. Pending sales did not do as well only climbing 4%. The average sales price increased 8% while the median sales price rose 4%. There was a 16% increase in the number of active listings but with all the sales taking place the number of active listings fell 5%. The months of inventory dropped to 1.5 months. It’s getting much harder for buyers to find that dream home.
