Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Plano TX

Home sales in the Plano area were up a strong 20% during February. Pending sales shot up 30%. March should be a positive month. The average sales price fell 3% but the median sales price rose 2%. New listings increased 10%. However, with all the sales activity active listings declined 14% taking the months of inventory down to 1.8 months. Supply is tightening up making it harder for buyers to find that dream home.
