Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February

The market remains strong with home sales rising 10% as compared to last February. Pending sales did even better with an increase of 15%. March will be a positive month!

The average sales price came in with a healthy 8% gain. Median sales price was in line rising 7%.

New listings increased 6% but with all the sales the active listings fell by 5% taking the months of inventory to 3 months. We are half way to a balanced market of 6 months.
