Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Wylie, TX

The market in Wylie was a little odd in January. home sales fell 26% but pending sales rose 25%. Kind of a wash.  The average sales price increased 10% and the median sales price climbed 14%. The number of new listings was off by 3%and the active listings took a 25% tumble. Months of inventory dropped to 1.6 months. That’s a very low number and buyers will have a hard time finding that dream home.
