Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Frisco TX

When you see these numbers please remember that they are comparisons to last January when sales were low due to high interest rates.

Home sales were 43% higher and pending sales came in with an increase of 22%. Febuary should be a positive month. The average sales price rose 2% while the median sales price eked out a 1% gain. New listings climbed a small 3%. due to the small gain in new listings and all the sales and pending sales, the number of active listings decline 30% taking the months of inventory down to 2 months. Buyers looking for homes will have a hard time!

New Listings: 357

Active Lisitngs: 608
