Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Celina

Sales were good in Celina in December compared to last December. Home Sales rose 8%. Pending sales increased 5%. The average sales price climbed 2% but the median sales price declined 1%. Think we could really call that flat. New listings fell 16% and the number of active listings  dropped 26% taking the months of inventory down to 3.7 months. supply is tightening all over.
