Dallas Area Residential Sales Report For December – Frisco, TX
Buyers were snapping up homes in Frisco like they were going out of style! homes sales rose 35% and pending sales jumped 41%. The average sales price increased 9% as compared to last December. The median sales price came in 5% higher. Now for the bad news if you are a buyer. New listings declined 5% and active listings dropped 25%. The months of inventory is now at 2.1 months. Supply is really tightening up!
