Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – McKinney TX

The McKinney numbers were kind of all over the place. home sales  rose 11% as compared to last December but pending sales fell 2%. the average sales price increased 3% however the median sales price dropped 1%. There were 12% fewer new listings and 24% less active listings. The months of inventory is now at 2.1 months.

Sales: 262

Average Sales Price: $369,463

Median Sales Price: $335,000

Pending Sales: 164

New Listings:143

Active Listings: 521

Months of Inventory: 2.1
