Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Allen TX

Buyers were all over Allen homes in December. Sales jumped 24% as compared to last December. Pending sales show a nice 15% increase. Looks like January will be a good month. The average sales price took a hit down 9% and the median sales price fell 12%.

New listings came in flat and active listing dropped 23% taking the months of inventory down to 1.7 months. Buyers will be having a hard time finding that dream home.
