Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Wylie, TX

The buyers were everywhere buy Wylie in December! Home sales declined 28% and pending sales fell 31%. Not going to be a good January. The average sales price did manage to eke out a 1% gain while the median sales price increases 2%. The number of new listings were down by 15%. Active listings were lower by 20% as compared to last December. Months of inventory now stands at 1.6 months. that’s not much of a supply.

Active Listings: 199
