Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Plano TX

was up 2%.

Buyers were out in full force in Plano! Home sales climbed 21% as compared to last December. Pending sales showed a healthy 17% increase.  The average sales price rose 8% while the median sales price . New listings came in 6% higher. Now for the bad news if you are a buyer. The number of active listings declined 13% taking the months of inventory down to 1.8 months.
