Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Far North Dallas
Far north Dallas Numbers were kind of all over the place. Home sales fell 4% but pending sales rose 14%. The average sales price dropped 4% as did the median sales price. New listings were 29% higher but the number of active listings declined 9%. The months of inventory dropped to 2.1 months.
