Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Celina TX

Well there are a lot of negative numbers in the Celina report. Home sales fell 30% as compared to last November. Pending sales was the only bright spot up 18%. The average sales price declined 18% and the median sales price fell 26%. New listings dropped 28%. Active listings came in 24% down. The months of inventory is now at 4 months.

New Listings: 46

Active Listings: 211
