Dallas area Residential Sales Report for November – Prosper TX
Wow! That’s about all you can say about home sales in Prosper in November. Sales were up a whopping 100% and pending sales jumped 67%! Looks like some lower prices may have spurred on these sales. The average sales price fell 9% and the median sales price declined 7%. we did see a 10% increase in new listings but with all the sales the months of inventory declined to 4 months.
