Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Frisco TX

Frisco saw a 2% decline in home sales in November, but pending sales rose 16%. The average sales price fell 1% while the median sales price rose 1%. Just some gyrations in the makeup of the sales. New listings fell 3% and the active listings dropped 16% taking the months of inventory down to 2.7 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market. Buyers will have a harder time finding that dream home.

Average Sales Price: $441,171

Median Sales Price: $395,000

Pending Sales: 273

New Listings: 283

Active Listings: 800

Months of Inventory: 2.7
