Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – McKinney TX
As in other northern suburbs home sales fell in November off 12% but the pending sales rose 10%. We did see a 1% decline in the average sales price and median sales price came in flat. The number of new listings declined 22% and active listings fell 25%. The months of inventory dropped to 2.4 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
