Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November -Allen TX

Home sales took a 31% drop in November but not to worry because pending sales  rose 25%. The average sales price increased 4% and the median sales price climbed 7%. That means there were more sales in the higher ranges. New listings fell 18% and active listings declined 14% taking the months of inventory down to 2.3 months. It’s getting harder for buyers to find that dream home as supply shrinks.
