Home sales in Garland increased 2% in November. Pending sales rose 12% so December is looking positive. The average sales price eked out a 2% gain while the median sales price climbed 6%. When the median rises fasted than the average it means that the sales were skewed to the higher ranges. New listings fell 10% and the active listings came in 1% lower.
