Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Richardson, TX

Well home sales climbed 5% in Richardson in November but the real story was the pending sales number up 20%. Looks like there will be a very good December!The average sales price did fall 1% and the median sales price was down 3%. The number of new listings declined by 10% but the active listings came in 1% higher than last year. With all of the pending sales and declining new listings the months of inventory dropped to 1.9 months. that’s a long way from the 6 months considered a balanced market.
