Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

The Carrollton/Farmers Branch area managed to eke out a 1% increase in home sales during November as compared to last November. Pending sales fell 10%. That’s not good news for December sales. The average sales price shot up 14%. Looks like there were several high dollar sales pulling this average up. Median sales price rose 3%. Inventories took a hit with new listings falling 32% and active listings down 21%. The months of inventory now stands at 1.4 months. Very hard on buyers!
