Dallas area Residential Sales Report for October – Celina TX

Home sales in Celina rose 21% in October as compared to last October. Pending sales did even better up 43%. Looks like November will be a good months for home sales. The average sales price did decline 5% and the median sales price fell 6%. We saw a 27% increase in the number of new listings but with all the sales the number of active listings declined by 15% reducing the months of inventory to 4.5 months.
