Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Prosper TX

Buyers were snapping up homes during October. Sales were up 46% and pending sales climbed 45%. The average sales price did decline 1% but the median sales price rose 1%. Kind of a wash. We saw a 35% jump in the number of new listings but with all the sales the active listings fell 2%. Months of inventory now stands at 4.7 months/
