Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Frisco TX

Home sales were up 15% in Frisco compared to last October. Pending sales rose 20%. Looks like November will be a good month. The average sales price climbed 9% while the median sales price saw a 65 increase. New listings came in 3% higher but the number of active listings declined 12% dropping the months of inventory down to 3.2 months. Not any help if you are a buyer.
