Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Allen TX

Home sales in Allen were up 8% in October but pending sales fell 13%. The average sales price dropped 8% while the median sales price declined 6%.  New listings rose 19%. Active listings were a different story declining 1% and taking the months of inventory down to 2.7 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
