Dallas Area Residential Sales Report of October – Wylie TX

For what ever reason buyers were not looking in Wylie in October. Home sales declined 21% and pending sales dropped 25%. November is not looking good! The average sales price did managed to rise 2% while the median sales price eked out a 1% increase. The number of new listings fell 14%. Active listings took a 17% hit. The months of inventory is now at 2 months. That’s not much of a supply for buyers to choose from.
