Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Garland TX
Garland just followed what seems to be a trend with sales off 1% but pending sales up 15%. The average sales price rose 5% as did the median sales price. New listings declined 4% but the active listings were 6% higher than this time last year. The months of inventory remains very low at 2 months. Buyers are having a had time finding a home with such small inventory.
