Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Plano TX
Well home sales were going well in October rising 18% as compared to last October. Pending sales came in with a 5% gain. The average sales price did take a hit down 8% while the median sales price fell 3%. The number of new listings was flat and the active listings declined 3%. Not much help if you are a buyer. Months of inventory now stands at 2.7 months.
